Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

VIP Clothing Limited believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Returns for replacement/refunds/exchange under certain scenarios will NOT be accepted under this policy:

  • Cancellations OR any complaint with regards to damage, stains, stitching or any other should be reported to us within 48hrs.Of the receipt of the products.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the VIP Clothing Limited marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team who will guide you on the process for the same.
  • The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
  • You can request a return via email at care@viporg.com or over phone at our customer care number 022-28257633 from 09 am to 06 pm.We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.
  • Product is used or is not in its original condition. The product should not be washed or ironed.
  • Products are returned without its original packaging, freebies or accessories.
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Any product that is returned without the original invoice copy.
  • Product with tampered or missing serial number/Barcode number.
  • Missing manufacturer tag.
  • Returns would not be accepted for any innerwear garments purchase due to Hygiene Reasons, unless received the wrong OR defective Product.
  • All products should be returned in original condition with tags
  • We will not refund the custom duties, taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
  • At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
  • If the return is not a result of our error, we will not refund the shipping charges paid by you while purchasing the item.
  • In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund.
  • Replacement is subject to availability of stock. In case a replacement cannot be made by us, we will initiate a full refund.
